Life's a race.

Life's a race.
We're only at the starting point.
What seems so important in the past, now are only decaying pride
I'm now at the starting line, ready to run...awaiting for the shot of the gun.
My heart pounds....I felt myself breathing so heavily...my eyes only see the finish line..everything around me blurs and fade away...
Then it came.

Ke Garisan

Sedia

Mula

And I run..
My opponents are strong..I could see them trying to overtake me..and I sprint faster so that I'll still be ahead of them..
I heard the crowd cheering for me...shouting my name!!Having high hopes on me.
That gave me the strength to run even faster.
And I finished the race.

I've not hear any cheer for a long time
But yesterday, someone cheered for me
Hence, I'm gonna finish this race and get the Gold Medal.

Grateful.

I got a RED purse for Valentine this year...and I'm so in love with it.
Boon Chong say I'm just gonna adore this purse for a few days and get bored after that..
well...maybe...but for the time being, I'm can't stop admiring it.
It's not just a purse, it can be turned into a party/dinner bag by attaching a golden chain around it.*awesome*
Never thought I'll get another Valentine gift from dear since he paid for both my watch straps..
So, a big THANK YOU to Boon Chong!!
Hehe..

Here is my red baby.

One fine day

One fine day,
I get to laze around and not wake up to the usual melody of my alarm ringtone.
Went grocery shopping with Ivan and stored up food for this week and the following week as my parents are flying off to Macau on Tuesday night.
Had McDonalds for lunch and Famous Amos cookies for dessert.
Bought candies from Starbucks too! =)
Used up one and a half hour to read and did a question on Austin.
Watched Phobia 2 with my brother and father...laugh very loud because the 5th story was hilarious...I was hitting the sofa so hard and my mouth felt numb after the movie.
I was glad to reach college in 15 minutes time despite the heavy rain. Amazingly, there wasn't any jam on the way to Brickfields. Prayer answered.
Got a perfect parking right infront of Old-Town and again praise God for that.
Wayne Morrison was all nice and easy today. Learn quite abit from him but I was exasperated when he touches on the God issues.
Jesus stated in Matthew, *"I've come not for the righteous, but for the sinners, not for the well but for the sick."
My lecturer is very ill indeed.
3 hours passed very quickly and I managed to reach home at 9.45pm.
1 hour and 15 minutes left for my soap drama...and I'm happy with that.
Did a little bit of reading on Conflicts as my mum came in with her newly bought Cheong Sam, showing it off infront of me.
To be honest, she looks great in it.
Today is just one fine day for me.
No jam, no samans or car issues...no tuition.=D

I'm going to bed a happy girl tonight.
Sweetdreams.

Whats the difference?

I was having a conversation with someone and in the midst of our conversation, he called a lady who was remarried to another married man a bitch.
I got a little uneasy and I ask him "who gave you any right to judge her?"
He defended himself saying that he was just throwing a comment rather than judging.
Then our conversation went into arguing what is the difference between a comment and a judgement.
He said that calling someone a fool and conclude someone as being useless or hopeless is nonetheless judging that person. Anything other than that are just comments.
I do not quite agree with that.
So, what exactly is the difference between the both?

I was having a drink with my brother at Pavilion and we are talking about adults and how they manage their finance.
There are some occurance that burdened me. Whenever I heard news like that, my heart turns sour and I keep thinking about ways to help them.
But, I have no capacity to help at all.
And this feeling sucks.
I know this is not my race and I can only pray for them.

It comforted me when I read this passage of the bible.
"For men are not cast off by the Lord forever.Though he brings grief, he will show compassion, so great is his unfailing love."Lamentation 3:31-33
The best way is to remain in God and everything will fall back into place.

Too much weaknesses and too much disputes among the older ones.
As younger ones, we're in no position to judge, not even any space to give our comments.
A form of respect that should be shown to the elders and I learnt this the hard way.
Seeing what happen around me has taught me great lessons.
No one is perfect, not even our parents...so just celebrate the imperfection and make something good out of it.
Yet still...love suffices in the midst of all imperfection.
His love.

Where is the passion?

To be honest,
I lack passion in my studies.
I'm just procrastinating the whole time and unable to get myself to study
Then, while I was on the phone with one of my good friend, we talked about lecturers having passion in teaching. He said Wayne Morrison has alot of passion in what he teaches. I would agree with him on that but he is just too mean at times.
I can't believe it when my friend told me that Wayne Morrison actually went up to three teenage girls and said
"Can you stop talking already? Do you know that your make up makes you look like CLOWNs?"
So, what do you call this?
I would say he is rude.
I still remember how he fired two of my classmates during Intermediate when he came for Common Law Reasoning lectures. It was just scary...the whole class was stunned by him.LOL
And guess what? He's gonna have another lecturer for final year students on Jurisprudence tomorrow and we have to prepare a question for his lecture.
I just hope he'll be nicer this time.=)

Exams are just less than 100 days ahead and 'm still not studying yet.
Maybe I'm just too caught up with CNY...maybe I lack discipline..
Ya, I guess I lack discipline.
Just need to find my passion in my studies at this very moment.
